Since the individual is not only a single and separate being, but by its very existence presupposes a collective relationship, it follows that the individuation process must lead to more intense and broader collective relationships and not to isolation.
An intimate and evocative solo.
With My body Solo, choreographer and dancer Stefania Tansini continues her research on body and movement, in a form of authentic expression and in a deep contact deep contact with the other.
The vulnerable side of the individual is exposed with generosity, through an acceptance
of one’s own precariousness. In a space that is half black and half gold, a sound welcomes the entrance of the audience and three lights guide their encounter with the movement, breath and voice of the dancer’s voice.
