Awakening practices – wake up call

During the workshop will be shared some practices of body awakening and activation, followed by moments of guided exploration based on the work research of Lemmy B., the show by Nunzia Picciallo that will be presented on April 26 and 27 at Sa Manifattura for Fuorimargine. A non-judgmental and healing space will be created during the work.

The workshop is open to everyone (+18 years old), regardless of ability or experience.
Practical knowledge of dance is not required.
