The meeting appears as a refuge for somatic scholars. The refuge consists of two adjoining and communicating rooms.
In the room devoted to somatic grammar, the course of the class is entrusted to a staircase of exercises suggested by the Alexander and Klein Technique. Starting with a gentle excavation, the exercises investigate the connections, the spontaneous understandings, the formidable polyphony and the subtle conversations that connect the body’s systems. The patient immersion allows a mapping of functions that enhances congruence and logicality.

In the room assigned to writing, training suggests diversions and inventive ventures that question intuition and innate creative resources, calling movers to sink their hands with care, method and courage into a matter overflowing with enigmas.
Physical exercise and training of thought are tunnels that run parallel, reinforcing each other with mutual input and manifesting a fusion that deserves intensive attention.

In a very light climate that favours ringing concentration, the encounter is dedicated to literate bodies, ready, involved and followers of a sharp simplicity.
